Individual Training
Your goals and a personal plan on how to get there! Each client gets a Fitness Assessment, Nutritional Guidance, Goal Setting, Strength/Cardio/Core/Functional Training. We ask for an eight week commitment from you. Best results here! Training takes place in your home, in your gym, outdoors or at the Apple Jacks Gym (must be a member).
60 MINUTE SESSIONS:
One session / week - $360 (8 sessions total)
Two sessions / week - $640 (16 sessions total)
Three sessions / week - $840 (24 sessions total)
30 MINUTE SESSIONS:
One session / week - $280 (8 sessions total)
Two sessions / week - $480 (16 sessions total)
Three sessions / week - $672 (24 sessions total)
60 MINUTE SESSIONS:
One session / week - $360 (8 sessions total)
