FITNESS MASH-UP TUESDAYS 8:15pm - 9:15pm A set of dumbbells & a mat are needed for this class.
KETTLE BELL WORKOUT THURSDAYS 8:15pm - 9:15pm A kettle bell is needed for this class.
SPRING SESSION This has been a difficult decision and I've gone back and forth a few times. I have decided that I need a small break from group fitness classes this spring and summer.
